My friend and I got into a heated debate last night. The conversation was about relationships; namely, men and women. A mutual friend of ours recently had a bad experience with a guy she was dating. Long story short: the man lead her into thinking that he wanted a relationship with her; but after he got what he wanted he dumped her ;rather crudely. As a testament to his character and sense of morals, the guy told our friend that he could no longer see her any more because his religion precluded him from intimacy; the problem was he told her this AFTER he had already been intimate with her. Of course this lady was crushed after realizing that she had been lied to and exploited. As the saying goes, "Hell hath no fury like that of a woman scorned" and to that end, this scorned woman sought retribution by posting this guy's name on a few of those websites that lists the name of men who use, abuse and exploit woman (i.e., don't date him girl.com). My friend felt that the woman was wrong for taking this action as it might embarass the man especially if someone on his job found out. I argued that if he hadn't done what he did; he wouldn't have to worry about that. He didn't care about the woman's feelings; so therefore she is not obligated to care about his. It's unreasonable to think that you can do hurtful things to someone - on purpose - and not expect the person to take some sort of action to defend themselves. Action equal reaction. My friend held her stance that the woman was wrong for posting his name. I say she wasn't. What do you think?

Thanks for your response! I'm in the process of filming a pilot program for a talk show. The show will focus mainly on men/women relationships but will feature other topics as well. Would you be interested in participating?
